Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

Account info (name, email, phone), location (for matching nearby Detailers), vehicle info, booking history, messages sent in-app, and payment metadata (we never store full card numbers, Stripe handles that).

How we use it

To run the app: matching Clients with Detailers, processing payments, sending booking notifications, preventing fraud, and improving the product.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments & payouts), Google Maps (location & directions), and service providers bound by confidentiality. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or opt out of non-essential emails. Email dripdetailing.support@gmail.com.

Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure for tax and compliance purposes.

Children

Drip isn't for users under 18.

Changes

We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app.

Drip Text Message Updates ("Program")

By providing your phone number and opting in during the booking process, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Drip Detailing. These SMS messages include but are not limited to appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service status notifications, booking reminders, promotions, invoices, payment reminders, support messages, etc.

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity (typically 1โ€“4 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will receive no further messages until you opt in again.
