Welcome to Drip. By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. Drip is a marketplace that connects vehicle owners ("Clients") with independent mobile car detailers ("Detailers"). Drip is not the provider of detailing services.
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Clients pay in-app at the time of booking. A dynamic booking fee ($2.99–$6.99) applies based on order size. Detailers receive payouts every Friday via Stripe, with optional instant payouts ($1.99 each, up to 5/day, $10 minimum). Drip retains a 1% service fee on gross job revenue; tips are 100% to the Detailer.
Clients may cancel free up to 24 hours before service. Late cancellations may forfeit any deposit. No-shows may be charged a fee set by the Detailer.
Detailers operate as independent contractors. You're responsible for your insurance, licensing, tax reporting, equipment, water/power sourcing, and the quality of work performed.
Don't do anything illegal, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent in-app payments.
Drip is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drip is not liable for damages arising from a Detailer's work or a Client's vehicle/property.
Disputes between Clients and Detailers should first be resolved through in-app support. Drip may mediate but is not obligated to refund or compensate either party.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
